Galeshewe Township, located in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa, was initially created in the early 1900s as a residential area for Black mine workers. Galeshewe is known for it's rich cultural heritage and is home to several landmarks and monuments to commemorate the struggles and achievements of its residents.

We were commissioned to provide Stage 1-4 Services for the Urban enhancements as well as   Architectural improvements for the Township. The building scope comprised of a New Library, a new Community Gym, a new Creche, Refurbishment of existing Community Hall, and a new Sports Complex. Our Urban intervention proposes upgrades to improve walk-ability, way finding, street lighting, & pedestrian amenities and public spaces. Engineering services, roads & storm water management are also to be upgraded.
