This project is a new brick manufacturing facility in built in Gandlanani, Limpopo. We were appointed by MHBS (Pty) Ltd to provide Architectural & Project Management Services for the design and implementation of the facility.

The site layout design involved technical co-ordination between ourselves, the Civil Engineers and the specialist plant equipment suppliers to ensure and optimum layout for production. Practical Completion was reached in April 2021 and the facility is currently operational manufacturing bricks and pavers in large quantities.
