We were commissioned to design a 175 bed Student Residence in the Vaal to introduce a premium product to the market. The developers brief required single rooms only, all with ensuite bathrooms and shared Lounges and Kitchens.

Our design creates a perimeter block with a secure landscaped courtyard accessed from the communal lounges. The aesthetic is a modern combination of facebrick and plaster with a shopfront at the entrance lobby.
