This project is located on a relatively small site in the Johannesburg inner city. It will provide 108 much needed affordable housing units in a 13 storey tower. The project aims to contribute to the urban regeneration of downtown Johannesburg which has seen a decline in recent years.

Four small retial outlests are located at street level with the residential units located on the 12 floors above. Recreation space, in the form of a play-ground and braai / lounge, is located on the roof level where reiidents can enjoy panoramic views of the city.
